Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance for reservations. Cancellations that do not meet the established deadlines will not be eligible for a refund, except in duly justified cases with presentation of a valid medical certificate.
In cases of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances duly acknowledged by Seaturtle, an alternative date for the experience will be suggested. If the alternative date is not feasible, a refund will be considered.
